Can I exit and re-enter the event with my wristband?
YES, your wristband allows free exit and re-entry throughout the event.

Can I bring my own bottle?
YES, but no glass containers allowed.

Can I bring my dog to the event?
Small dogs are permitted, however crowded and noisy environments may be stressful for animals and might not be appropriate for them.

Do children aged 9 have free entry to the event?
Children up to 7 years old have free entry when accompanied by an adult.

Where can I exchange my ticket for a wristband?
Before the even you will be able to redeem your wristbands at the dedicated collection points. During the event, you can collect your wristbands at the main entrances to the event grounds.

How do I get to the venue?
We recommend using public transportation.

Can I bring food and drinks to the event?
No. A food court area will be available at the event grounds.
